Clean, great check in. The sheets had a scent which really bothers me as I am chemically sensitive. Wish you could eliminate the scents in sheets and towels. I like the bathroom lighting, just enough, not overly bright. Same with room.

We arrived around 10 AM from a cruise expecting to just drop our luggage but were able to check-in. The hotel was very handy to the port, there was a beautiful view of the habor and was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful

Check in staff kept telling me that my room wasn’t available for check in, until I asked them in frustration what is going on, then they all of a sudden found my room available. Very disingenuous and tricky behavior. They gave me a room where my balcony was not accessible, but they did not tell me that when I was checking in. It apparently was a child safety room, but they should have said that. I never requested for a room like that. Shower drain was clogged and water was pooling. They cleared it upon request. Staff cleaned my room when I told them not to.
