The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The only thing that I did t care for was the check in. Not a lot of staff on hand to expedite check in. The were only 2 people at the desk, and the hotel was having some sort of conference and the lines were long.

Property seemed old/rooms need some renovation. Bathrooms and closet not too clean. The staff was helpful and I was told room is ready but there would be an extra charge of $25 for early checkin. I got there at 10am. I stayed in 3 other hotels and no one charged extra for early checkin. Room view was great and staff brought up wine glasses immediately when requested. Safe area and easy to get to airport and dining options.

Great location. Shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport just as we got to the curb, and we were the only two passengers. Hotel is nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were just OK. Similar to a motel in that regard. The breakfast at the Claim Jumper is excellent and no more expensive than anywhere else downtown. Staff was always smiling and friendly. Check in and Check out both quick.

I loved being able to see the bay right outside my balcony. The parking was okay during the week but on the weekends it was terrible. The parking lot should be for hotel guests only.

Room was very old mirror in bathroom looked like it was going to fall. Lampshade full of dust like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Light switch in bathroom sunken into the wall. Not even a wash cloth in bathroom. For the price not happy with what I got.

Location it’s a great place to stay. The hotel, nothing fancy feels and look old though. The blankets and linens have stains. The room is pretty small. The shower water flow is so weak. The parking fee of $50/night is too much! The house keepers are all nice and friendly. The front desk personnel are ok 👍
