Great position! Understaffed at check in but the staff themselves were delightful - just overworked! A long wait for the shuttle at the airport but in rush hour I guess one has to be patient. The hotel is rather 'tired' but our room had a great view out to the harbour, was scrupulously clean and the coffee machine was a welcome bonus.

Very convenient to the airport with nice views of the harbor. My room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and was pleased with the food and price.

AC Drain Above Sink, Poor Housekeeping, and Underwhelming Signage. Stay date: mid‑June w kids! 1. Unacceptable AC Drain Setup The air-conditioning condensate drain is installed directly above the sink basin—a glaring design flaw and potential health hazard. Every time you turned on the tap, pump, or brushed your teeth, residue moisture and debris from the A/C splashed back at you. This isn’t a minor oversight—it’s a failure of standard HVAC installation and sanitation protocol. No reputable hotel should allow HVAC condensation to drip into a guest use area. This is unprofessional, unsanitary, and frankly rude in today's hospitality standards. 2. Housekeeping Standards Below Par Kids discovered a pack of used cigarettes and a lighter left behind—clear evidence of poor housekeeping, inadequate cleaning SOPs, and negligent inspection. Guests expect each room to be fully cleared and sanitized prior to arrival; finding used items shows a serious lapse in operational controls and quality assurance. 3. Signage & Wayfinding Fails The back (especially at night) entrance lacks any hotel signage, casting doubt as to whether it was even part of the property. Don't blame it on Google,wayfinding signage essential. It’s a small detail—just a simple footprint or directional sign—that would instill confidence. The absence of this shows neglect in guest experience design. 4. The faucet also has a bad design flaw and was installed too close to sink wall, replace the faucet perhaps?

The only thing i liked was the view, i love to sit and watch. But it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The noise of people shutting their doors was so loud, and the kids next door were so noisy. Sitting on the balcony was not enjoyable due to the screaming kids next door. We did call for security to come and talk to them.it got better, with the occasional sceam and pounding. They woke us up at 4am., and again at 6am. Then going home, pulling out of the garage, the attendant didnt explain how it worked, so i had to guess, until he explained it. And the older lady that was there was no help either and gave us the evil death stair. I will never stay here again, their are other oceanfront hotels next to it.
