I'll try to keep this brief as there is a long list of reasons not to stay here. I checked in at 5pm and my room wasn't ready. I was told they would upgrade me to an ocean view but in purposely didnt book a view roo because I didn't want to hear street noise. They finally found me a room. Every room has a balcony and there is no divider in between each balcony. You can literally reach out and touch your neighbor. You're not allowed to smoke but people are smoking weed in the halls, their rooms, and of course the balconies. There is mold in the bathroom and our drawers were broken. Doors are slamming in the hallway all day and night. The pool was dirty. I never saw it but my kid that has told me it was. When a 12 year old says something's dirty that means it's really dirty.

We like the location and ability to walk to surrounding areas of interest, Little Italy, Seaport Village. The balconies add to the fun, being able to sit outside and have coffee or read or watch the sun set. Beautiful views!

There were a lot of hidden fees. I also requested a room with a view of the bay when i made reservation. I got there and they had me on the city side; then charged me $40/night for bayview "upgrade". The roomwalls were very thin and could hear everything the neighbors said and did. Everything. The hotel stay was not a pleasant experience.

Overall it was a great stay. Some staff were super friendly others not that helpful or friendly. The view from our room in tower 3 was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Room was smaller than expected and a bit dusty. Shower had spectacular power which was wonderful. Didn’t like all the homeless people hanging around the hotel. Felt a little unsafe. Obviously not the hotels fault for that. We ate at the deli and Claim jumpers. Food was not that good. The hotel pool was cloudy so we didn’t use it. Overall it is a perfect place to stay if you want an incredible view of the bay.

We loved the location and views from the balcony. Very much in the hub of things. We were disappointed with the property's lack of updates. The bathroom was very outdated. Cleanliness was good. Just feel for the price and comparable in the area, this hotel could use some updating. We will stay again for the views and location

I have stayed in this hotel several times before but this time I noticed the mattress on the bed had a blood or catchup stains on the side of the mattress( on both beds) I was disgusted to open the mattress covers, so I didn’t look but I did let the front desk know about it. It was very disturbing to say the least.
