Poor amenities, hard to find coffee. The phone didn’t even connect to front desk, had to go down to ask questions. Our room was filthy. Dust and drip marks from spilt who knows what. The bathroom was old and gross with a frosted glass door that you could see outline thru. Which was awesome traveling with my teenage sons. Pool was old and cold. The only nice staff were the time share people when you check in!! Promising you all these nice perks only to find out they are selling stuff. Location was good. Very loud. There was an EDM concert right beside it until 11 pm with the loudest music and bass you could ever imagine. Not the hotels fault but worth checking the waterfront venue for events first if you considering.

Old property that is way overdue for a remodel. We got it mainly for the shuttle but the room was dirty. They switched us to another immediately with no problem. The bed was comfy though and it’s just basic. It wasn’t horrible but i definitely would have gone with other options if I wasn’t with my family. This is close to the airport and not smack in the middle of DT so the location is perfect. They do AM yoga by the pool. Oh and the free coffee is kinda a miss but it’s good that the cart is there. I’m very picky. It was decent but I wouldn’t stay again based on the conditions. Staff was great though!

The location was great. Easy to get to the bay and attractions and it had a great view. My room had an odd odor and the other place to refill your water bottle was in the gym (which was two buildings away from the tower where my room was.) Also, the closet was in the bathroom so you had to close the bathroom door to open the closet. Super cramped space. The hotel is on the older side and could use some renovations but overall the location and the view made it worth it.

Great walking distance to anything needed beautiful view of the bay. USS midway and kissing sailor statue is right in front. Staff was very friendly from the front desk reception to house keeping and maintenance men very accommodating! And little Italy is maybe 1 block away!

This property was not very well maintained. It was never clean. There was a bandaid on our ceiling and it was dusty, dirty, croney and run down. The halls and elevators often had garbage in them. Our room was very run down. Location was ok. The fresh air and balcony was nice. We would not stay here again.
