Poor hotel.

This hotel is not in good condition. Rooms and furnishings are dated and badly in need of refurbishing. Our room was noisy from the road, and the air conditioning was very loud and did not work well. The hot water was limited or nonexistent. We didn’t get any maid service for two days. Parking was terribly crowded for the Labor Day weekend, and spaces were hard to find and very small.

Have been here before and place seems a little worn. The neighbors above us were extremely loud and noisy pushing furniture or rolling balls at 11:30 pm. Called for staff to tell them to quiet down. Was not successful. At 1:30 am these neighbors were slamming the sliding doors open and shut. Spoke to staff when we were leaving, told them what happened. They did credit us one nights stay for the inconvenience

I like how quiet and safe and felt! We had a view to the bay which was really nice. The parking is probably the thing I didn’t like, $50 a night and it felt like they didn’t have enough spaces.

Great weekend stay!

Check in was so easy and friendly, Celia at the desk was amazing! The room was a typical hotel room but the view was incredible! I noted a couple of holes in the sheet but they were from age/use, and still very tiny. I'm sure they will be replaced soon because everything else seemed to be kept updated. Parking is a little tight, especially if you have disabled plates/placards, but once you're parked, there are many options for transportation around the area. We did not use the wifi, and we would have appreciated a microwave in the room. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Try to avoid it if you can

The most run down stay I’ve had and I’ve stayed here before. I’ve stayed at tower 3 before and haven’t had any issues this was my first time at tower 2 and it was a sore. Peeling paint everywhere, poor water pressure, sink is slow to drain, multiple flushes to get the toilet to work, elevator is falling apart. It’s advertised as a more affordable hotel but with the fees you are better off staying at the Sheraton or the Hilton because it ends up being about the same price at that point. This was my second time here it’s super convenient in location but such a bad stay. Took the kids for a swim and the pool was dirty no towels available had to ask for them. Just a bad stay, carpet is pulled up and a tripping hazard by the elevators leading up to tower 2

The staff was super! The hotel was very dirty everywhere- carpet coming up - smudges all over patio door like it wasn’t cleaned before our stay- the bathroom was so gross with dirt and grime all over - would not stay here again

I like the location of the hotel, lots of restaurants, walkable to tours. We took our 2 kids in a stroller and like to tours, pool and the park beside the hotel.
