Booked online, got there about 4:30p, there was an extremely long line to check in. There were signs to check in with app, downloaded app and went through all the steps but it wouldn’t accept my itinerary number, wanted a confirmation number. There was sometimes one then 2 workers checking in guests with sometimes two others just standing behind the desk. After 45 minutes waiting in line, my friend checks in to a smoking room that she didn’t want, then I go and they said my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I could go to the pool for a little bit then and they said yes, but had no time frame. I asked if my room would be given to someone else and she said no. No apology, not friendly whatsoever. So we go to the pool for a couple hours, come back to check in and Sophie, rolls her eyes at us! Proceeds to be rude, says they don’t have a king suite, what I paid for online, gives us a double queen room, again no apology or anything, just attitude. I ask her if it’s going to be cheaper and she says no. The worst customer service and felt like they had no clue what they were doing and not enough front desk workers. But out at the pool there were several workers just standing around doing nothing, while there was trash everywhere. We were full price paying customers paying $350+ for room, $100+ for the buffet for 2 people, gambled—but we will never be back, absolutely disgusted with workers.

1. Rooms were not ready at check-in. 2. Rooms I reserved 2king suites overlooking the pool, instead got a king and queen overlooking the bay. 3. Hotel front desk extremely rude. “Team leader” yelled at me in front of other guests. 4. Pool staff cursed at my 13 y/o boys. 5. Lamp shade in room had blood or poop on it! Horrible experience!! Other guests were complaining also!!

The casino’s noodle restaurant had the worst noodles I’ve ever had, including top ramen. However the view and menu at their steakhouse was a fantastic way to enjoy a sunset.

Everyone is SO friendly!! All of the staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The place is clean, the casino is nice. We didn’t use the pool this go round, it was very kid friendly and since we left the kids at home this go round, being surrounded by a ton of kids didn’t sound fun. 😬 We will bring them back with us next time though! All the food was delicious as well

I was complete disappointed in the service. Upon checking in there was no valet, no bell hops and no rolling carts. I asked at check in. I was given attitude and told well some customers don’t return them to the lobby. So I looked on every floor and hourly in order to find a cart with zero luck. Next morning the valet named Darryl open the room where the store the cart and it was completely filled with cart. He help me finally get my car unloaded. Approximately 16 hours after checking. The plants on brought a doors prizes looked died. I am part of the committee that was hosting the conference, and will suggest relocating the conference to another hotel.
