Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The room was stunning and the owner was extremely sweet. It is a nice walk along the river to the centre. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

Great stay at Ly Phuc

Really great stay, room with balcony was spacious and comfy beds. Everything was clean, shower was very big and nice. Hosts were friendly and food was delicious.

Very nice room, and big bathroom

This guesthouse is at the back of a Taylor shop, the room is really big, and has a balcony looking over a garden. The bathroom was also big and comfortable. Friendly people with limited English, but always happy to help if they can.

Good stay! and friendly owner

Almost everything was really good. Ly was very friendly. She also invited me to New Year party and have dinner with her friends. Only thing I didn't like was the room was always damp.

Smelly

We paid for a superior room. This turned out to be a basic room. They only have superior and deluxe. No free water, no slippers. Room smelt very damp. We hired bicycles for 30,000 for two but the price changed to 40,000 when the lady owed us the 10,000. They also sold bus tickets for 350,000 each. We paid 200,000 around the corner. Wouldn't recommend for the price due to smell.

Nice homestay for a reasonable price

We booked a double bed room. The room is clean and it has a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the medium sized flat screen TV with good cable channels. clean bathroom with hot shower. Good view as well. We Love the free breakfast(cooked to order by grandma)and provided kettle for coffee or tea. The only cons are the poor insulation(room can get really cold at night especially when raining with no heater), poor shower drainage, and location(it is about a mile and half away from the center of the town/tourist spots). Overall, very nice homestay for a reasonable price. I highly recommend ly phuc homestay when you are in hoi an.

좋은 환경을 가졌음에도 고객에대한 주인의 배려는극히 불량

객실청걀도는 보통 서비스 품질 :(-5)아주불량(단전 단수시에도 전혀 아무런 정보도 주지않아 고통스러움 일단입실도객에는 전혀 관심을 보이지 않음) 편의시설:5 호텔위치:나에겐 유일하게 아주좋음(10점) 할머니의써비스 때문에 다시 오기로 생각함.

리푹 같은 숙소가 있어서는 안되지 않겠어요?

이곳은 손님을 받지말아야 할 기본이 안 된 업소입니다. 너무 문제가 많아 여점만간결하게 하여 이루 피해보는 여행객이더는 없도록 하기위함 일 뿐 입니다. 1.도착시 리셉션과 주변에 아무도 없어 당황 2.도착이튼날 부터 사전에 아무런 정보 없이 단전 단수 롸장실 샤워시설 에어컨 전혀 사용할구없고 밤에는 암흑임에도 연락도안되고 초 하나도 주지않는 불 도 켤 수 없는 공초와 고통의 시간이 밤 열시 까지계속. 3.숙박 이틀째부터시작된 공사로 콘크리트 부시는 해머소리, 드릴소리, 단수가 3일째 계속됨. 4.공사와 단전 단수로인한 사전 사후 전혀 정보를 주지 않고 주인은 오는날 까지 전혀 볼 수 없었음. 5.단전 ,단수,소음 에 대한 어떤 사과와 해명도 들을수 없었음. 6.한 가지, 도우미 할머니는 미안해 하며 체크아웃시 미안하고 민망함에 숨어버림. 할머니고생 하셨어요 고맙 습니다. 7.이렇게 막대한피해를 다시는 당하지않도록 호텔스 닷컴은 조치있기 를 기대 합니다.

Fantastiskt Homestay nära Hoi An centrum

Ly och hennes familj är fantastiskt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Mycket gemytlig miljö. Med hotellets cyklar tar man sig in till den vackra Gamla staden på några minuter. Man tar sig också lätt till beachen

Tilfreds

Det var et virkelig dejligt ophold. Rigtig sød familie, hvor bedstemoderen laver de bedste bananpandekager til morgenmad. Værelset var virkelig lækkert, men kæmpe seng og et meget nyt badeværelse, med en stor og dejlig bruser og med varmt vand. Så nogle yderst tilfredsstillende dage!
