Our room had the city view, the original one we booked. It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful view. The staff were kind especially Tuyen, who recommended places for us to visit (hope I spell her name correctly). We had to leave early for a tour and unable to have breakfast. The hotel packed us a delicious one. The view from the 25th floor was gorgeous. We appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. We would love to stay here the next time we are in town again. Thank you for making our first trip to Da Nang a memorable one despite the rainy weather.

We loved our stay at Sala Danang! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was amazing — truly one of my favorites during our entire trip! The staff also made our stay special; everyone was friendly, helpful, and so nice. I absolutely enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Sala Danang to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a great hotel in a convenient location. First of all the entire staff was very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Huyen sets the example of perfect customer service. Our room was very comfortable and cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping it nice. My only complaint is the construction nearby, which made the sidewalks unusable.

From being met by a driver at the airport to the wonderful welcome at the lobby and escorted to the room by a most attentive porter this was just the start of a great stay! This hotel does everything right and I have a special shout out for Nih, guest service agent who went out of her way to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Sala suite was just amazing with fantastic ocean view, soaking tub, huge bed, access to the premium lounge, afternoon tea, and spa/jacuzzi. This is worth the upgrade! The staff members are all amazingly warm and welcoming. They are so apologetic when we have to wait and they are always asking how they can improve! That is just not something we would find in many other countries, not even Japan! We attended the cooking class, wow, good activity and great food to try. The spa/jacuzzi experiences were always great, specially at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet is served in one floor for suite guests and on another floor for everyone else. Either one serves a great selection. The afternoon tea is a great place to relax but don’t expect a British style. The concierge service offer similar activity packages at competitive price and they will cancel if weather is inclement. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to the dragon bridge. This hotel is highly recommended!
