AC wouldn’t cool right, mattress was lumpy & hard. Pillows were uncomfortable. We travel often and I rarely complain but this was a bad stay. TV on my husband’s side where I couldn’t really see and all the outlets and chargers were on his side. I used my portable charger.

Almost everything about this stay was perfect - the staff were friendly, we were able to check-in early, the area is quiet and safe and there was even a supermarket very close by. The only area of improvement would be that the dining options within the hotel were limited, though besides that I cannot find a single fault with the hotel. I would highly recommend
