The front desk door was locked when we got there at 12:30AM. The attendant, when he unlocked the door, was surly and spoke poor English. We had reserved a room with a king bed, and were given (and charged extra for) a room with 2 double beds.The first room we were given didn't have working heat, and no phone, so we couldn't call the front desk to comlain.We had to go around the outside of the building with our 2 dogs in 25° temperatures to get to the next room, and the heat barely worked. The second room had no phone, we had bugs, there were stains on one of the bedspreads, the TV remote wouldn't operate the TV in the room, there was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone punched it, something had been removed from the wall and not painted or had the holes repaired. Despite the horrible experience we had, the only concession we asked for at checkout was a refund on the pet fee as compensation for the horrible night we had, which they refused to do.

It was easy to get to but the property was ran down and not what i had expected. We reserved a king bed room ended up with 2 full beds. And lots of noise from others close to our room.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They had sticky floors, cracked walls, the TV didn’t work, the bedspread had holes in them, and the staff didn’t respond when told.

People were working on their vehicles. Is this an extended stay Hotel? The room looked shabby and worn out. I did not feel safe for myself or my personal property. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I left around 9 PM and drove home to Indiana. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I feel I should get a refund as I did not stay the night. TY
