I did not receive a smoke-free room. It was so bad, I had trouble breathing the air. We went out and bought disinfectant air freshener to try to help, but it did not help at all. The sheets and towels were scratchy, the floor in the room was sticky, the air conditioner made a rattling noise, and the breakfast area was far too small. Also, none of the staff monitored the food and drink situation - I had to ring bell at front desk to ask them for eggs and sausage. I will never stay at a Red Roof in again and I'm not sure if I'll continue to use Expedia if I can't trust the rating system.
