The property has a great view and easy to get in and out for on the beach. The room was still really dirty and was not cleaned well when we arrived. The worst thing about this is that when we arrived for 4pm check in the room was not ready and we were asked to wait 45 minutes. We went and ate across the street as the hotel was not serving food and returned at 5:45 to be told the room was still not clean and ready. Then at 6pm the room was ready, but was not well cleaned. We were not offered anything to make that situation better even though to have to wait to check into a room should come with a perk or discount or an offered late check out without a charge. God knows if you check out 15 minutes late they would charge but I had to wait for my room on a vacation

I loved how close and convenient this was to other places, this really enhanced my stay. the only downside was a staff member that I encountered that was not very kind to my friend and I. The breakfast situation is confusing because it was first called a buffett, but is not longer a buffet, more like ordering from one menu and only being able to get one item. The breakfast was good, but the server on our first day (I think her name is Shelley) was kind up until I left my card and meal ticket at the table, to which she told the front desk to throw it away, instead of holding it for us, as I can’t get into my room without it, I would be back. She was pitching a fit because we didn’t tip her anything. I am a server myself and understand, but the whole breakfast being included in my stay, i didn’t think I needed to tip. She was a little rude to us the second day when she served us as well, but other than that, my friend and I enjoyed our stay!

Property was nice as was the room, microwave had rust on the interior Two K cups don't last two days, most places have coffee in the lobby, not here and staff didn't seem interested in assisting us with a few K cups that were not replaced. Paying for parking $5 a nite for a motorcycle is ridiculous as most riders put two to four bikes in one spot and cars are allowed one free space per room. This hotel was not full by any means others in our party were able to pick their room online day of arrival but I guess that's not an option when you book through Expedia, but we enjoyed the view of the outside of the elevator shaft. Yeah probably won't be staying here again
