The house keeping staff was horrible. Opened my room door without knocking. The front desk manager was very understanding when I notified him. But the house keeping staff didn’t care.

I was there for bike week, so our car was else where, there was a flier in the room, it was a company named Giovanni's I believe, so my pizza showed up, I came down to the lobby to get my food and the guy at the desk was yelling at the delivery guy, guy was yelling back then they both started raising their voice to me, one just wanted paid so he could leave, then manager I am assuming says to me that there not allowed to deliver there, I said were here without our cars readily available and carrying a pizza on a motorcycle is a recipe for disaster, and if you don't want your guests ordering from that particular establishment, maybe they shouldn't let them put their advertisement on the premises, instead of taking their displeasure out on an innocent Show quoted text

My boyfriend and I stayed in a suite during bike week and we were happy with our stay here. The hotel restaurant and bar were good and the room was nice with an ocean view. We were pleasantly surprised to find someone had come in our room and re-stocked towels and made the bed while we were in the hotel restaurant eating breakfast. I would stay here again.
