They were short on cleaning staff so the room we booked wasn’t available. They stuck 4 ppl in a king bed room. Checked in at 9pm, was offered a roll away bed that didn’t appear until 2 am.

“I had a great stay at L'Auberge. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!”

Worst stay ever. I arrived to my room and around 6 I pulled my covers back to find stained and unclean sheets. I call down to the front desk and no one answered after waiting 10 mins. I decided to walk down and let them know and was told that they would send someone to change the sheets. So I went to dinner and came back and the sheets were still not changed. I alerted the front desk again and nothing. I finally caught a memeber of housekeeping delivering towels to another room and got my sheets changed at 10pm. This is unacceptable I will Never stay at this property again

Nice stay

Overall stay was great . The only issue for us, the toilet is super loud when flushed. Literally wake you up if you’re sleeping .

We stay at L'Auberge every spring break and usually love it. This trip had good and not so good. The good is the property is very nice and we like the games and proximity to the Golden Nugget. The pool area is beautiful. The room was clean and the hotel always smells so great. We stayed in the garden tower. The not so good is we checked in at 3:30p and our room wasn't ready until after 6:00p. The room looks recently remodeled. The bad is the constantly blinking smoke detector thats so bright you can see through your eyelids and the LOUD doors with 2 inches of daylight underneath. You can't shut the doors quietly. So it sounds like room doors are being slammed all day and night. Based on the decreased comfort of our room during this year's trip, we may stay somewhere else next year.
