I asked for and was promised a ground floor room they would not give me one. the manager lied to me about that. the cleaning was not up to the standard they used before Expedia does not like bad reviews. oh well

Room was filthy. Mold in bath. Coffee maker wasn't clean, no coffee cups and the counters didnt look wiped down. Luckily it was only one night. Will never stay in a Baymont hotel again.

The room was really nice. We booked the jetted tub and fireplace room with king bed. We were in the back of the hotel which i appreciated because we couldnt hear traffic on the main street. Our home area has no major traffic or neighborhood lights so when we atay anywhere its usually hard for us to sleep. We didnt try the free breakfast as we were there for one night and had Hofers for breakfast. My only complaint was we booked the room for the jetted tub and the jets didnt work. So in theory we paid extra for a large bathtub which is what i already have at home. We havent traveled anywhere in over a year because I've been dealing with breast cancer and I was really looking forward to a jetted tub. But even with the jetted tub not working I would book here again and plan to do so again soon since its about 1.5 hours from my home.

This place is disgusting. The first room offered had fecal matter around/ stuck to the toilet. I went to the front desk and requested another room. First, I pulled back the sheets in the second room to discover pubic hair within the sheets. I did not check the toilet. I turned in my key and I left- without a refund.

I would stay here again

The room had a jacuzzi tub that had a wine glass left behind and a ring around the tub. There was also lipstick on the job and hand prints on the mirror. There was also confetti behind the tv. The toilet look like it had barnacles in it.
