Disliked: Cleanliness
Was very disappointed with this unit. Honestly felt like the place was not cleaned before we got there. If I could I would rate this place a zero and would tell anyone looking at this unit, to look somewhere else. The fact that we found dirty silverware, old food, a used bandaid on the floor and under the furniture was just completely unacceptable! On the furniture there were toenail clippings. There were multiple outlets that didn’t work.In the bedroom that had 2 beds, my kids found someone’s socks, underwear and candy wrappers under the beds. This was our first time staying here and will not be staying here again. The whole family was excited to stay here as it was on the beach and we like to stay as close as possible to the water but I feel like whoever is in charge of this unit is taking advantage of that. The carpet in both rooms needs to be replaced as there are multiple stains and has rips. The tan furniture has multiple stains as well. Both bathrooms are in need of a major maintenance as there is mold in the grout. When we went down to the beach for the first time you have to put a code in to get through the gate, which I love this but there was always something wrong with the gate. When I reached out to for assistance they didn’t respond for several hours. I also reached out to them about the issues about cleanliness and they said they would have a talk with their cleaning staff. Due to the uncleanliness there were cockroaches.
