The place is really well maintained and beautiful. They do a lot of events. But what stood up are the staff. They are so kind and very helpful. Kudos to Peter and Ticiana for making us feel so welcome. They were so helpful and always smiling.

Everything was same as usual except check-in. Took us almost three hours to get a room - sitting in hot lobby with our winter clothes on.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked this property, given it was significantly less expensive than the other ones around it at the time when I was looking. However, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The room is huge with a bunch of extra things in the kitchen like, silverware, blender, pots & pans, etc. The staff were super friendly. PARTICULARLY the older bellman with brown skin and a slim build, I cannot remember his name but he was delightful and should genuinely get a raise based on how much he cared for the guests and how helpful he was for someone like myself. I enjoyed the beach being right across the street, as well as the views from the gym and the gift shop with the snacks. Overall, this place was great and honestly, a lot better than I thought it would be. Personally, I would recommend this place to a friend/family member

This is our 6th stay at the Divi all inclusive. The food at the 5 reservation restaurants has gone down, it is good when it used to be great. The worst part was the smoking it seemed that they were smoking everywhere even around children at the pool. Smoking needs to be limited to just a few places away from most of the people.

Such an amazing experience. The staff was extremely generous and helpful at all times, the breakfast spread was the best, and every area was clean. The room was sparkling and every other part of the hotel. The pool had a beautiful setup with cabanas, lounge chairs and a pool bar. I will definitely be back
