Cumbria hotels with parking

Customer service in the restaurant was amazing lots of different selections off food to choose from. Spa was lovely shame robes weren’t available In the room though. £1 coin needed for the lockers which I hadn’t realised. The rooms are very clean the bed was so comfy great nights sleep

Lovely rooms which are spotless and good size towels The Bath House amenities fabulous smell and quality Had the special Steak and wine dinner which was great value in the pub itself with happy friendly staff at hand throughout Gigantic breakfast cooked with care including everything you could want Very much enjoyed walking around Giggleswick which is very pretty

Another amazing stay at the Lakes Hotel and Spa! We were upgraded on arrival and had a room with a lovely hot tub! We were also picked up in the Bentley as we walked back to the hotel at night time- the staff really can’t do enough for you and the cocktails are amazing!

Nice hotel in a lovely setting. Our lakeside view double room was very spacious and comfortable but a little bit dated. With only one window it made the room very dark and the room lighting options weren’t very good. You had to have every light on in order to look in the wardrobe or use the vanity table , which made the room far too bright. The bathroom was ok but needed hooks on the back of the door to hang wet towels or Bath robes . Food and drink at the hotel was very expensive and over priced for what it was. The spa facilities and swimming pool were modern and in good order and my daughter was delighted with the Swedish massage that you had. The biggest problem that we had was the poor facilities at the hotel for charging electric cars. I have a hybrid car which needed charging every day but the hotel wanted £25 per day to use their charger. I fully charged my car in a town car park for £6 which is about the going rate for public chargers but was very inconvenient as it meant we had to stay in one place for too long. I would have preferred to charge overnight at the hotel. The hotel needs to install two or three charging points from one of the many companies that now supply them or get the council to install public charging points in the two public car parks at the front of the hotel. The one I used at the car park in Grassmere operated by Fuuse was very good and I would recommend it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside and the staff were friendly & helpful.

Hotel was ok, not the cleanest. Breakfast not great for the money you pay for it. Would have been helpful if had some sort of sanitary bin in the toilet.
