Check time starts at 3:00, if you arrive early, you will not get room, I requested my room at 3:24 pm and they did not have room ready. Then they have the room ready however they did not notify me, even that I was in the lobby, I asked at 3:40 pm and they yes you room is ready, asked why I did not get notified, if I was there waiting. Cant say enough about this classy hotel, the location spectacular on the calm side of the ocean that seems like a big warm crystal clear swimming pool and so close to downtown and Isla Mujeres. But what makes it specksl is the amazing staff, riendly helpful always smiling and offering their service extremely attentive and highly professional. Beautiful setting convenient location spic n span cleanliness wife and I had our best ever massages..everything from private white sand crystal water calm beach to lux pull down nightly service top notch including the delicious ubiquitous food all day and night beautiful garden areas surrounding pool maintained with precision..and every room faces the beach with spectacular views. Our favorite hotel by far in our favorite beach tropical paradise! Thanks for such another incredibly enjoyable 5 days!

The room was okay, the shower kept getting the floor wet, and the decor left something to be desired. Kinda cold and not very tropical. the spa was expensive. The whole staff was amazing. Thank you Rosalina and "Sexy Waiter" for an awesome time. The swim up bar was good,

The hotel was beautiful! Staff were extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating. Everything was perfect.
