Puerto Rico ski resorts

We came to stay for a vacation and to tour the grounds as an option for our wedding next year…and we decided to get married here! It’s a nice size resort with beautiful pools and an incredible beach. And literally everything we ate at all the restaurants was amazing. Roots was the best food and did not disappoint for three dinners! They are renovating so at times the notice was an issue and the carpeting was gross in the hallways, but that is getting replaced soon. We loved our stay and bringing our kids back for Thanksgiving weekend:)

Very nice property and kid friendly

With its lively lobby, convenient location, superb decoration, delicious food, modern facilities but above all its very personable employees, I dare to say that this is the best hotel in Puerto Rico ! What a memorable trip !!!

All personnel was so gracious and kind.

The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude. However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude. Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful! Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned daily. Food was great especially my truffle fries. I would recommend to my family and friends and would come back again! 10/10
