Warwickshire ski resorts

Rooms were tidy enough and everything was there but they are starting to look very tired or it seems that some changes have been made but not finished. We did not have a TV remote and though the staff were very helpful, it did take 2 requests before they got me one. The restaurant finshes serving at 8.15 which is very early and the menu is not large but the food was actually quite nice and a good quantity. Overal, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful but I think the hotal appearance is a bit of a let down.

The hotel was in a great location and our room was great. Would of been nice to know about the building works going on. The bear and bistro are both great , the staff were very friendly and the food was great in both. Room cleaning was good , it was inconsistent on whether your tea, coffee etc was stocked up .

Having read some reviews I was a bit anxious. However this hotel was well presented, with helpful staff, clean apart from the sink plug hole area and great value for money. I would recommend

Fabulous comfortable bed and the best hotel pillows ever. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Almond milk was available for those with allergies or intolerance. Staff were clued up about allergies and checked the menu for me. Easy check in and check out.
