Warwickshire ski resorts

When we got to the hotel and checked in at approx. 9pm we were shown to our room only to discover that a tradesman was still working on the tap in the bathroom. He hurriedly tried to clear all his tools and equipment out of the room while the hotel receptionist said "I'll give you another room". He said no, i'm just going and so we got put in that room. We went in the bathroom and there was caulking on the floor and the smell made me and my daughter sneeze. The side bath panel had extensive water damage and when I had a shower, water leaked from the shower screen down the side of the bath and onto the floor, creating a very large pool of water. The cold tap in the sink, it didn't matter which way we turned the tap, it didn't fully switch off. The bunk bed in our room, had a couple of slats missing from the top bunk and one of our daughters said she could feel the springs that were in the mattress on the top bunk, so both my daughters slept in the bottom bunk together. There was no hairdryer in the room, there were only 3 mugs in the room for 4 people.

Clean rooms, a very short walk from the centre of Stratford, with close access to lots of restaurants. Enough parking and at a reasonable price too. Leisure facilities were in good condition too.

Bath was damaged and tap was leaky. But comfy bed and smart room otherwise. Pool area does need updating though

Very relaxing getaway , the staff were friendly and helpful Loved the pool and spa area water. Nice and warm Games room made the stay and great cinema room concept Breakfast fresh and plentiful choice Room comfortable and clean

Nice greeting. Pool was not biggest but everyone kept to a lane to avoid a collision. Bar was good and the breakfast excellent. Room was fabulous.

Lovely stay at the Swan's Nest, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.
