Lovely stay but the only issue we had was the booking was for 3 and there was only 2 glasses and mugs and likewise only enough tea and coffee etc for 2 so that was not very good.

Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury!

Lovely stay with my family. Great location. Bullring is a 10 minute walk away. Service during breakfast was amazing. The lady overseeing the service was amazing with my children. Thank you.

Quiet, clean & fab beds

Meals are responsible priced and good quality my boys loved the swimming pool aswell i enjoyed the gym. Rooms are excellent spacious and very clean staff are on hand to help you .place feels very safe
