i have used this hotel many times, fantastic value for money and in the perfect location, it never disappoints, reception always very polite and helpful,,there was a rock concert nearby and the hotel was full to the brim of costumed Ghost fans and Ghouls,,,quite scary but extremely well behaved and pleasant

Perfect for concerts walkable tovthe arena. Staff very helpful and friendly. Decor is a bit tired in places, but the room was clean and had all the basics in place. Would definitely stay if attenanother event.

Lovely staff who let me check in early, breakfast was a lot of good options, property has lovely sunny views in the morning, really good value for money

Stayed here for a weekend with the family, I have to say it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in. Very modern. The room was very clean and fresh . Around the hotel was lovely and clean and well kept . The receptionist Jordan went above and beyond for us and the children, was polite and helpful and told us fun things we could do with the children. The breakfast in the mornings was DELICIOUS! With such a wide variety you can’t go wrong ! The bar and staff was very friendly. Made me a delicious passion fruit mojito and then made me a child friendly one for my son so he wasn’t left out . Thank you for making my stay with my family so lovely ! X
