Nice place with lots of kids

Hotel itself was very nice, casino was good, mobile check in was easy as was check out. Be prepared for the strong odor of smoke when you walk in. If you’re bringing a boat you’ll need to leave it in the lot across the street and walk a bit to get back to the hotel (it was so hot). Location was great and we walked over to Riverside for visit at the car museum and a prime rib dinner. The only issue we had is we were told we were in the “adult” wing and our floor was full of families. We called security to ask for help as we wanted to rest and couldn’t cuz of the running up and down the halls, screaming and prolong crying at all hours and their response was inappropriate so we called back for a supervisor. The good news is they took care of it and I think they ended up moving the families but we were disappointed with the way it went down.

Overall good stay at the Aquarius. Only thing that I did not appreciate was that room service never came to clean up during our 3 day stay. On our last day we even ran out of toilet paper. Thankfully I had a shared room with my sister so we were able to get some from her room. Other than I would stay here again.

The buffet gone was sad to see. Today we went to cash out vouchers and could not as all machines where down. Also to pay over 30 dollars in resort fees we we cannot check in until 3pm and we have to check out at 11am the next is a joke. We cannot even use the resort in those hours.

Good, no big issues valet parking is a plus. The self check in isn’t working at least for me. Besides that everything was OK. I wish they would provide courtesy toothbrush and such things in case we do need it. Just about every other hotel does; for the exception of a few who don’t like this one.
