Rooms were new and nice! Loved the toilet being separate from the shower and vanity. The bed could've been a little softer, but that is personal preference. Location was great for entertainment district, short walk to most attractions. We used the complimentary baggage check prior to our stay with no hassle. The complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was well-situated in the heart of Toronto, about 2-3 blocks from the St Patrick's subway station, 1 block away from a busy streetcar corridor, 1 block away from city hall, and 3 blocks away from Dundas Square / TMU. Many locations were within easy walking distance, including Chinatown, St Lawrence Market, and Queens West. The property itself was modern and comfortable. My room was spacious and my room was more than sufficient for my needs. I was especially appreciative of having in my room a fridge, a microwave and a safe big enough for my laptop. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I've slept in at a hotel. Wifi was also good. Staff were friendly. The hotel had a few restaurants on site, but did not offer complimentary breakfast, at least not for my room. This was not a problem as there were many restaurants in the area, offering many options for breakfast and other meals. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The staff everywhere (hotel, casino and restaurant) were so friendly and accommodating. Grab and Go breakfast had fresh blueberry muffins, baked onsite!

The room was okay, but quite dated furniture and bathroom. The heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. 24 hour security guard posted on each floor hallways and all over the hotel. Sauna was okay, no hot tub but a lovely pool (which was too cold to go into!) Check in staff member was not welcoming, check out staff member was much better. No complimentary breakfast. $15. plus tax cost for parking was in addition to the room charge. Hotel is in a good location, but didn't feel it was good value. Lots and lots of stairs!

The shower was most pathetic i hv ever seen in any hotel

Fast check in and helpful staff. Was disappointed no option in room for decaffeinated tea. Only provided caffeinated options in room.
