1. Not greeted when signing in 2. There was no blow dryer-called front desk, who said it was hanging on bathroom door (nope) -lwas told she would call us back- she did not, my husband then went to front desk where she was sitting with her face in her hands-told him there were no blow dryers….i have never stayed in a hotel that advertised they provided them as an amenity -& could not provide one 3. Bath sink was so clogged we had to wait 45 min between brushing our teeth 4. We will choose another chain next time

We only stayed for a quick pit stop while traveling but the room was clean and comfortable with delicious smelling toiletries! The in-room coffee maker made for a quick departure to get back on the road in the morning. My only concern was the outside door that was supposed to be locked was propped open with a wooden wedge. This compromised the security of all guests.
