Hotel was clean, reception was polite, bathtub needs to be updated. It was very disturbing when the tv went to the original tv input and someone had to come change it back because room remote goes to the dish satellite. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, mall and nearby park.

We have used this facility a few times. We like that it is pet friendly and easy to get to. Breakfast appears to be good if you are going to sit down and eat but we are always just grabbing something on the go. Would have liked a banana. Staff is always polite.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The tub was in poor condition with peeling and white residue, and the curtains were hanging loose and wouldn't stay closed. The air quality was also a concern, with a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like dogs. The room's lamp looked unstable, and I was hesitant to touch it. The morning service was slow, with a 30-minute wait for check-in. The breakfast area was unappealing, and the staff's behavior was concerning - one employee carelessly threw a trash can lid on the floor next to me. Due to the poor conditions and service, we didn't stay the night and instead found alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel After all this I called hotels.com to help me with the bad experience and basically they called the hotel and I got no refund they said nothing could be done . Disappointing please make sure you use insurance for your trip as the rating to Thai hotel was 4 and it should be 1 . You will not get your money back .

there is NO WHERE that said I would be charged 50.00 to bring my pet. it said pet friendly and that was it. i was not expecting to pay that and with that expense and the room total it was not worth it. the room smelled like mold or very old. the floor was sticky throughout the tile. there was a bug in the bed. i was not happy with my stay
