Fine for a 1 nite stay and price. room was clean/comfortable but had closed up smell… hotels should open rooms that haven’t been used recently to air/refresh. no safe, no soap/shower dispensers. breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast but no one tending to food area. some empty pans with hour to go were empty and not checked or refilled while there. would prob stay here again if same price cause its just pass thru.

Yes I think it was more pet than people. I won't to start by saying the number given in stars is very inaccurate. As much as I travel I should have known it was way to good to be true. The only accuracy is that it is a king size and it was comfortable. However after I checked in I noticed the outside pictures and inside pictures did not match the newness of the pictures. When I open the door to my pet free smoke free room it smelled of wet dog and cigarettes. I was pleased to get a text asking me how was room if I needed anything immediately after getting in room and I replied and sent pictures, no response. I literally had to purchase air freshener. There was a sign on mirror that said staff would clean room, give fresh towels, change bed dialy unless the do not disturb sign was on outside of door. Which it wasn't. However, I came back to an untouched room. Complaint# 2. If you want an adult single quiet location go to Best Western in Enterprise. Coffee was great ! However the female staff member was very upset the manager or owner I presume it was the manager asked her why she was upset and she said trying to clean up spills and people are still trying to grab stuff where she was. Made me feel very unwanted, however after viewing what was available coffee was all I wanted. Unless you have no where else to go or your sister is paying for your stay, choose a five star and hopefully you will get a 3 start hotel. The front staff minus the woman was fine. The artwork was fierce

Room Very comfortable and clean. Only suggestion is that the breakfast items were pretty empty until 2 workers appeared and started refilling items , plus empty tables weren’t clean so had to wipe table from previous users. Not a big deal but most places we’ve stayed had breakfast staff on duty during breakfast hours.

This is in a good location but there is a lot of road construction, making it hard to get in and out of the hotel. The staff was nice. The room was average in size, with a couple of things that needed to be fixed and the breakfast was average.
