My pillows were dirty except one. If the pillows are stained then throw them away. Hair in my tub. It was thin and light brown. Curtains were mildew. I know it cost to replace curtains but that’s part of our experience which is to have a clean room. I didn’t complain because I knew where I was choosing wasn’t my regular hotel. And I can’t help that at 5 something in the morning, someone is having s*x. No photos. Ain’t like I’ll get a refund but that was my experience far as the room being clean. Overall is was a 3 out of 5.

This was one of the worst smelling rooms I have ever entered. I noticed the AC was set on 70 while the room felt like a bathroom after a hot shower. I asked for my money back. They told me I have to contact Expedia. I also noticed another couple leaving due to the same conditions. You should not have this stinker of a hotel offered. I think its time to use Hilton exclusively and skip Expedia. I am not in the mood to be on phone with you for a long time dealing with this issue. I know it will be a huge problem and in the end, I bet it will not get resolved. Time to elevate my hotel stay experince and receive true customer service.

The hotel was convenient and well priced. It appeared, well we were hoping they are trying to do some renovations because some things needed to be replaced like the shower pan. But as always the beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff was pleasant.

The customer service is always great. I always stay here when I come to Dothan AL. However, this time the breakfast was disappointing. The sausage was not done and the sausage and gravy mix were not good at all. It appeared to be old.

Not what I expected.

We booked this room based on what I thought were good reviews. Those reviews must have been paid for. The room had a mold smell to it. While checking the room to make sure we had all of our belongings we found lotions and other items under the bed that were not ours. There was no room service or cleaning. We had to empty our own trash and I never stayed in a hotel where I had to bring our used towels and wash cloths to the front desk to get clean ones. I was told room service is every few days. We had to replace our key tags several times because they stopped working. The only positives were that it was in a great location and had cheerful woman who served a good hot breakfast.
