Room had an odor. The bathtub would drain while taking a shower. The shower curtain had mold. The check in process was awful all had to provide all the same information that was required to make a reservation online.

Staff was great! The hotel was extremely outdated. Fridge made food soggy, the tv was basic cable, the shower was a little scary. Would not stay here again at this price when I can get the same deal at a new place like Microtel.

Hallways stunk. Elevators were dirty. Sheets appeared dirty. Light bulb was burned out by thr sink in the bathroom. The iron didn’t work.

This is not a five star hotel and honestly it is only one step above an extended stay shelter. I booked through a third party site and it is very clear the high ratings there were purchased. The room was extremely dirty and I had to go to my car and Dollar General for cleaning supplies just to make it livable. The refrigerator smelled like something had died in it. We asked for it to be replaced and were told we would have to move rooms instead, then the owner eventually came and removed it. Customer service at the front desk was very dismissive and acted like our concerns were an inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here at all and checked out after one night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are on a temporary construction contract or trying to go into witness protection. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
