There were roaches around and the television wouldn’t work properly! The hotel staff is nice and accommodating but there’s room for a lot of improvement.

Terrible neighborhood and the room was just trash. The smoke alarm was broke and its parts sitting on top of the shelf. The room number wasn't posted outside on or around the door. The room smelled moldy and we saw a couple of large bugs in the room.

The bathroom was totally disgusting! I wouldn't take a shower for fear of what I might be standing in/on. The bathmat was filthy and pieces torn off it. The grout was so awful and grungy lookingThe floor tile in the sink area connecting to the bedroom floor was broken and missing a huge chunk--so much so I worried about tripping over it and falling. The walls and door frames were dirty with nails and screws showing without paint. I understand it's an old building but there were water stains on the ceiling. The curtain on the window didn’t cover the window well so people could see in. NONE of the charging connections worked! I was tired and looked forward to a shower! Wouldn't dare! I've stayed in so many Motel 6s that this truly shocked me.

I was completely disappointed. my towels were filthy, There was a drunk man lying outside his room and the police had to be called. The door frame in the room was busted. The night staff was extremely rude.

The stay from hell which was supposed to be an oas

When I was first checked in I paid for a double bed the hotels.com website when I got to the destination I I'm going to give him the room and when my 6 year old son and myself entered it was terrible. It seems as though I was given the worst room on the property bathroom vanity light didn't work the vent in the bathroom was completely open showing all the dust and dirt that have been there for quite some time I had no refrigerator and microwave as promised there was no TV remote and the latch on the door was non-existent it seems as though it may have been there before but it was no longer there now. They switched my room and I have to downgrade to a king size bed and in that room the bathroom vanity light also did not work they had a refrigerator no microwave it had a weird smell to it like mildew or something sour. On 3rd and final try to try and rectify this stay that room was also subpar and they were supposed to have been newly renovated the third room I was finally giving a renovated room. It look the same just with new bed sheets and comforters that weren't really new they all had holes in them from cigarette Burns I'm guessing. One of the best side lamps was malfunctioning the air conditioner wouldn't really get cold and I only had a microwave no refrigerator and last but not least the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was still pee and hair and dirt all around the base of the toilet and behind it and the shower also was still dirty.
