Usually always excellent, this time our room had been vandalized by the previous guest and was missing several of the amenities. My wife had to clean the room but we'll be back, our numerous stays in the past have been great.

The room was spacious but not very clean. No toilet paper when we arrived, asked for some, never brought, had to go get it ourselves, the toilet ran and the seat was barley on. Shower was moldy and dirty, bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. Towels were dingy and had stains. No shuttle service to casino. Uber want $30. Breakfast options had nothin for diabetics and worker stood over watching almost as if he was guarding the food. Overall stay was terrible. I previously stayed here and this was a totally unpleasant experience and will not return.

There was a used towel stuffed at the top of the shower. The free breakfast was undercooked. Not sure what came out of the coffee machine but it was questionable. The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. They definitely have the best intentions for their customers but the delivery was a bit off.

The rooms are large, clean, and modern. There is a mini fridge and microwave in room as well as a Keurig. My complaint is breakfast. We were told breakfast was until 9AM and we got there at 8:30. There was nothing left except eggs and cereal. No more biscuits, sausage, yogurt, muffins, cream cheese for bagels, jelly for toast, or waffle mix. I asked the front desk girl who was sitting in the lobby playing on her phone if they would be able to put more breakfast out and she said no. They only put it out once and once it’s gone it gone. So, if you don’t care about breakfast or want to get up at 6AM to make sure you get some, then it’s a nice hotel.
