Property on the outskirts of Edinburgh. I picked it to avoid stratospheric prices in city centre over the weekend. The bus stop is across the road and you can normally get to the city centre in about half an hour but in traffic this can stretch. Check-in a bit chaotic. The hotel feels a little tired but generally ok. I wouldn't discourage people from staying here, but I wouldn't particularly encourage them either..

Easy to find, great location, swift check in and out. Really pleased with the great size room and super comfortable. Slightly married down as bathroom a little dated, could do with better shower curtains, a tidy/clean around floors especially behind bathroom door.

On holiday and chose this hotel for our stay. A very good experience with an excellent and helpful staff. The rooms and hotel were very clean with comfortable beds and onsite parking for a fee of £8. Will definitely consider this again for future visits.

Extremely courteous and helpful front desk staff. Helped freeze an ice pack for our milk cooler and she even brought us a mini fridge that we could use for the night. The staff was very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the spa amenities. Our room was significantly larger than we expected. This hotel was nice but should not be described as “beach front” - It’s about a mile away and involves walking several side streets and no water visibility from the hotel.
