The staff are great here. Always helpful and friendly. The lounge hours are 430 - 11 and the food there is adequate. The are where the hotel is located is noisy. I was in a room that had a window backing on to an industrial area, a train track, and a highway - so not the quietest when trying to sleep. Overall, not bad.

Staff at service desk were very accommodating. Our original room was nice but extremely hot. We had our dogs with us and they were panting. When we asked to have the heat adjusted they said they would upgrade us to a different room with air conditioning. Was a beautiful room and much cooler. Great stay

The only thing that would have improved my stay on the property was getting my Fire Stick working in the hotel's open HDMI port. Since there was no input source access to the port from the Telus remote, I ended up watching Netflix on my phone. Other than that, I had an excellent stay, and the food in the lounge was fantastic, which surprised me. The bartender was on solo duty, and when the lounge filled up, he had to call in for help. He was an excellent server, and he handled it like a pro. PPCLI
