We recently stayed at The Nova on Yellowhead after leaving another hotel due to poor service, and the difference was night and day. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Sujal at the front desk, and he completely changed the tone of our trip. Sujal was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and showed a level of hospitality that is rare to find these days. In fact, he was the reason we decided to book and stay here. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but it was Sujal’s outstanding customer service that truly stood out. After the disappointing experience we had just come from, he was the defining difference that turned our trip around. If you’re looking for a hotel with staff who actually care about their guests, I highly recommend The Nova on Yellowhead—and I especially want to recognize Sujal for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed a couple nights at this hotel. The location is convenient off the yellowhead however access to the hotel is not direct, you may find yourself u turning to get into the parking lot. The hotel staff is bare bones. It is a large hotel, with lots of parking. The room with a view of the highway was good, although at night the pipes are loud, if noise sensitive wear ear plugs. The beds were comfortable, there was satellite tv, shower (no tub) bathroom was good with lots of amenities and a small desk. There room has no usb charging ports, bring a charger. Coffee supplied, ironing board. Vending machines and Ice easily accessible. Room cleaning is by request, if you want your room serviced be sure to request it at checkin.

Property was good condition. Felt safe and lots of parking. It was about 20 minutes uber ride to the stadium so great for our concert. Price was very reasonable. Beds were comfortable.
