Wow in a negative way!

This place is run down and old. Carpets are gross, beds are lumpy and uncomfortable and the place is just outdated. Needed to move rooms 4 times to find one where there wasnt vomit down the sides of the bedside table.

The hotel was huge but old. If this hotel will be renovated, It will be beautiful. Our stay for 2 nights was OK. Staff were great. Just there to sleep and out for the whole day.

Run down

The beds are rock hard, no hot water at the bathroom sink. Shower head is broken, clock buzzed so load I had to unplug it. The whole hotel needs a major overhaul There’s better hotels for the same price in Edmonton.
