Need to update the Coffee makers to kuerig, the coffee you provide is tasteless. Saturday night the fire alarm was pulled at 1:30 Sunday morning disrupting our sleep, walked down 4 flights of stairs to be told it was a false alarm, that totally ruined our sleep.

I liked how friendly the staff were and i loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were. i got a great night sleep before my graduation. The location is decently quiet and there seemed to be many amenities which i didnt get to use unfortunately because it was only a 1 night stay. my room was very cold though, and the AC seemed to keep turning on. i eventually had to unplug the AC to make it stop. overall, a decent experience and i'd stay here again for both long and short term stays!

Buzzing noise all nigh long

there was constant buzzing noise , The first night we gave it a benefit of doubt , the second night same thing , informed reception they sent Manpreet , he acknowledged there was a buzzing noise and it was not the ac as they thought , I have tinnitus so was more bothersome for me I could not sleep at all, my kids could not sleep either when asked - they said to report it to hotels. com and gave us chips to move on.

We booked the king suite with a jacuzzi. We booked it just for the jacuzzi. We go to turn it on and there is a BUG. An ALIVE bug swimming in the water. We clean it then go to use it. Then the jets DONT work. The main part of a jacuzzi, the JETS, won’t even turn on. Major waste of money. Only good part was the restaurant.

The only thing that was not excellent was the channels on the tv. It would glitch and or freeze. The lack of good stations in English language. I really loved the accommodation of the shower with a shower chair. I have a prosthetic leg. I'd definitely recommend this place and will definitely be staying there on my next visit. Thank you all. Great staff as well
