There was glass on the sheets and stains. So obviously the bedding wasn't changed. It was noisy. Our bedroom was by the elevators. We could hear doors shutting and people talking.

The rooms were great! The people were all fantastic from before we even came and right through our stay. They were kind, helpful, approachable, really made the weekend perfect for us. Will definitely stay again. The breakfast passes were a great bonus and the pool was great for the kids. Thanks all!

For this price there needs to be plugins by the bed for phones ipads hearing aid chargers etc and by the mirror by front door so you can blow dry hair etc. Also need clock by bed. Breakfast included also would be wonderful!

Everything was good until we had to evacuate as another guest decided to set off a smoke bomb and triggered the fire alarm. Would have been a perfect stay.
