Great stay room was clean bed was very crisp and comfy. My only notes would be it is getting a little dated - I would love room service to be available for breakfast as well. I eat out a lot when I’m out of town and it’s nice to have that option travelling for work so I don’t have to leave even earlier. The parkade was also completely full the first night I arrived (oilers game), but I drove three hours that night and the parkade the hotel directed me to instead of theirs was blocked off by police because of the game. There were also taxis lined up to pick up people leaving the game so I couldn’t unload my suitcase while I found parking. I had to park illegally to go into the hotel to get parking instructions. I just would recommend saving spaces for arriving hotel guests over allowing taxis to sit there. By the time I found and paid for parking - it took almost an hour elsewhere the same cabs were there since the game went to OT. It did suck dragging my suitcase a couple km in the dark but it was a good stay otherwise

Great hotel! Beds are clean and comfortable. Service was stellar. Only complaint I have is that they need to do a few fixes to things. And the worst part? That city is beautiful but they HAVE to do something about the homeless population. They can be a nuisance to deal with especially when they’re strung out.

This was a beautiful property and that part of downtown is really nice since the build of Roger's place. Gorgeous bar and restaurant in the lobby. My only complaint is that I was there during an oilers game and had a hard time getting a good night sleep. Great place for anyone going to the game but not for medical appointments (the Royal Alex Hospital is just down the street). I would still stay at this hotel.
