Great spot, great service. Our room was outdated which is why we gave 4 stars. The homeless and clearly drug induced people outside aren’t ideal, which to be fair isn’t in the hotels control but still something to mention. That said, great overall stay, no real complaints that have merit to them. Will stay there again.

We really liked our room — it was spacious and had a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we requested the highest floor possible. They gave us a room on the 23rd floor, which was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again.

I stay here primarily due to convenience of seeing something at Rogers Place. Don't have to step outside to get to the Arena. Having Chop steakhouse attached is a nice benefit as well. Don't go outside of the hotel if you don't have to, downtown Edmonton doesn't feel overly safe anymore. It's dirty downtown as well.

The room was a nice size and laid out nicely. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Im not a fan of downtown, but it was close to my meeting. Locatiin is great if you need to be right downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I find it very odd that the hotel does not have ventilation in the washroom. After the shower, everything steamed up. As well as no drinking glasses in the room. Shouldn’t have to make a request for them
