This was our 2nd time staying at Copper Queen Hotel. The first time, we stayed in a beautiful room at the casino itself. This time, we ended up in a room that is by far inferior to those in the casino. Additionally, we were towing a vehicle. The subpar hotel has NO parking for vehicles towing anything. As far as options in the hotel for food, the Steakhouse is WAY too expensive. Breakfast was a disappointment as well. We will not be staying at the Copper Queen again. Not when there are better options just up the road.

The staff were professional and accommodating. The room was perfect. I liked the set up with shelves above the microwave. It made it easy for me to be organized. All employees I encountered were nice & friendly. I loved the hot tub. It was at a nice temperature.

Casino in hotel that allows smoking. Smoking not allowed in rooms but they still smell of it. 24hr gambling, so noisy and a bit of a sketchy crowd. Pool/hot tub are right next to casino in open area, closed at 9pm. Not very relaxing or peaceful. Hot coffee/tea for breakfast. Nothing complimentary, restaurant over priced and slow service

Can't remember his name, but the front desk/casino cage staff was excellent. Asked him what to go do around town. We were upgraded to the main hotel, which was nice of them to do, but we specifically wanted a motel since we had our dog and would need to let them out, so he moved us back over to the annex building across the street with no problems. The bartender in the casino was also very nice and entertaining. Lost all my gambling money, but thems the breaks!
