This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped home has been completely renovated by the new owners. The home is located in beautiful Rotonda West.. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and roman shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The large open kitchen is an entertainers delight with the dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be accessed from the house or the lanai area. The lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and back yard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private lanai. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

The hosts are so responsive and kind. The property and neighborhood are beautiful. The house and pool are so clean. They stock the house with more than most places which was wonderful as we cooked our own food while there and had everything we needed and more. There is a wonderful ice cream shop not far from the house. I've stayed at this house twice and had a wonderful experience both times.

This property was just what we were looking for for our Florida vacation! The house was clean and was such a cute beach themed home. The owner allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated since we drove many hours to get to the location. The owners communicated quickly with us and responded to all our messages. Escape to the sun

Everything was excellent from the decor to layout of the house. The location of the house was so close to everything. We absolutely loved the pool and lanai ..it was our oasis! It was definitely a 5 star! We will be back next year for sure.
