From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The valet team welcomed us warmly and set the tone right away, and the front desk staff continued that level of professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—one of the best views we’ve ever had in Seattle. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond, providing excellent service and a great dining experience. What truly set this hotel apart was how they handled our delayed flight. The staff showed incredible flexibility and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier for us. Because of the outstanding service and attention to detail, this will be the only place we stay when visiting Seattle from now on. Every interaction—from valet to front desk to restaurant staff—was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located hotel with exceptional service that truly goes above and beyond.
