If you are coming here hoping to stare lovingly into your partner’s eyes over a candlelit dinner, turn around now. This is not the place to rekindle a romance—unless your love language is "watching your kids exhaust themselves so you can finally sit down." But for a fun, chaotic, value-packed family trip? It’s a slam dunk. The Serious Stuff: First off, pay the extra for the breakfast. Trust me. It’s not your average "sad bagel in a plastic bin" situation. The table settings are actually nice, and—get this—they wait on you for drinks. It felt shockingly civilized. The sports deck was the MVP of the trip. Between the basketball court, the games, and the large projector screen, the kids were in heaven. The pool was also a pleasant surprise; it was clean and didn't smell like a chemical factory (low chlorine vibes, which we appreciated). The "Heads Up": • BYOB (Bring Your Own Basketball): Seriously. The court is great, but if you don't bring a ball, you’re just standing on painted concrete. • Look Up, Not Down: The amenities are great, but the floors could have used a little more love from a vacuum. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but maybe keep your socks on. The Verdict: For the price, this place gave us way more than we expected. It’s unpretentious, packed with activities, and the staff actually cares about your coffee cup being full. Just remember: come for the fun, not the seduction. .

Although the room size wasn’t what I expected, it was still suitable for my family. The only issue that I had was getting a room service to come to buy new towels and take the trash from the room, but I was able to communicate with that.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was great, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was so much fun! Our family had a blast! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to staffing issue and I expected more from the $15/person breakfast buffet. It was similar to other free continental breakfasts we have had before. Other than that, we had a great time and plan to go back soon!

1. I had reserved a king size bed but got two twin size beds. 2. There was no heat in the room. Even the engineer they sent couldn’t fix it. Had to go to the lobby and change the room.

Our stay was great! The staff were helpful and courteous. The only down side was issues flushing the toilet. We had to hold onto the handle and flush several times just to clear the bowl.
