Cheryl was amazing at check-in! She was very helpful. We usually don't complain, but we were surprised that housekeeping didn't open the bags for the garbage cans. They just hung the bags on the cans. And there were only two sheets of kleenex in the box. Not properly replenished. I booked the room for three adults. There were only two wash rags.

King - Master Suite. There is just one tiny closet that is in a small hallway outside of the master suite. The ironing board was broken. There was an area in the master suite where the closet should be or maybe it was a closet at some point in time but now it is basically just wasted space. The only mirror in the entire suite was in the bathroom! The continental breakfast was average, at best! I decided I would just have some milk and a muffin, however, when I took a drink of my milk I discovered that it was SPOILED!! But, not everything was bad. The entire staff was friendly, our room along with the entire hotel including the grounds was very clean. You could smell cleanliness in the air. We enjoyed that the master suite had two separate rooms, a sitting area with tv and desk and the master bedroom, also with a tv. The shower was also really nice. Nothing fancy about it, just very clean with a good shower head. I would stay here again but would not be my first choice for recommendation.

I had taken my wife out of town for her birthday and this is where we stayed. We were given room 317 which is for people with disabilities. I didn't have a problem with it at all. However, the ac/heater unit constantly made noise non-stop and (trying) to close the bathroom door was absolutely ridiculous and undoiable. That was the good part. I called the front desk and told them. I changed us to room 316. After having a lovely dinner with my wife, we returned to the room with yet another noisy AC/heater unit. The room Never did heat up. I set the thermostat to 86 and the room was still cold/chilly. I called the front desk yet again to ask for help. My wife told me that she was tired and didn't feel like moving yet again. We had to take (all) the covers and sheets from the closet and put on our bed. All we were told was, I'm sorry and that they would have given us more blankets. Really more covers/blankets. And the bathroom door was Not able to close either. Upon checking out, again all we received was I'm sorry. No Mr. J we are going to reduce the price of the room or how can we make it up to you'll on the next stay? And all this on my wife birthday. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. Next time will go to Holiday Inn and suites or Hamilton Inn and suites. I truly hope that the owners of the property reads this review and by all means, if you care feel free to contact me. I'm willing to update review if contacted.
