An Adventure That Won't Be Forgotten

At 8:00 PM the hotel didn't have rooms cleaned and prepared for guests. The inital receptionist did not know how to handle the long line of people who were trying to check in. She told everyone, she didn't know when or if rooms would become available. After waiting a while I was checked in and given a room key. When I entered the room there was someone else occupying it and I walked in on them. This could have turned into a tragic situation for all parties After going back down nto the desk I was eventually given a key to annother room. Needles to say, I was still terrified from the earlier mix up and couldl not sleep peacefully, I was up super early and checked out. When I was given the key, the receiptionist gave me the sheet to sign in three times and each time it was a different room number. Hoping I wasn't charged for three rooms.. The stay was a disaster.

20 hours in savannah

Got to hotel at 5:15 pm. Room not ready until 645. Made us miss our night activities in Savannah. Others waited much longer. Water pressure not good. Room furniture dirty and stained.

A horrible experience

It is the worst experience we have ever had for our travel of our 80s countries. We arrived around 9pm and expected to get room and settle down quickly, however, we was told no cleaning room is available and didn’t know how long we need to wait. We asked them again 1hr later, and was told it was still not available. We had to cancel the room and the manager said they will refund us. Best western is one of the nice hotels in the past, the quality is far below the average level now, I hope their management need to find out what’s going on and improve the services.

I reserved a king room for my wife and me. I was unable to go, so she checked in and the room she was given first had an unmade bed! Then she was given a room with two queen beds, very narrow, very spartan as she said, not a great experience.

The building was nice walking in but when we got to our floor, there was garbage overflowing and the smell was horrible. The rooms were nothing special but were clean. The hair dryer was missing from the room and breakfast ended at 9am, which we thought was early and while we were checking in we were not informed of any hours. Wouldn’t recommend staying here due to smell alone.
