We were not able to make the trip due to a family emergency the day of the stay. Called to cancel no one answered, left message, no one called back. Saw my card was charged and we were not in town. I find this ridiculous and sad for a company to do this. I tried to contact Expedia with no luck also. I may take further action if something doesn’t get resolved.

Check in and check out was smooth and friendly. Room clean with very comfortable bed. Nice area set aside for walking dog. I have used this hotel before and will use again.
