The hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and I loved the breakfast. The halls were warm, and my room was not clean. When I got there, the room was not furnished with towels. I had to find the staff cleaning rooms to get towels.

Stay was good as usual, but it was too hot in the hallways, at least put a fan in the hall to move air, and I don't like the volume button on the t.v. stating what the volume is. I was in room 420.

I loved the view of the river. The bartender checked on me often. I sat away from the bar at a table. Free popcorn and $1 coke from the bar. The cokes were $5 at the hotel's store. My bathroom never had tissues even after requested. The room was nice but had too few available for two people.

In short! The property needs some upgrading. My first room I was assigned had a crack in the the sink (which had been sealed), the top of the sink stopper had white , what appeared to be calcium deposits on top of it, there had been a clear sealant put around the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash dispenser but the dark crud underneath had not been cleaned prior to doing so. I asked for another room and was assigned to another. Prior to going to bed I discovered the carpet was soaked under near the A/C unit. This was repaired the next day after I reported it. The room was dusty, there was dust at the edge of the carpets in the hallways. Just not a lot of attention to detail in my estimatation. This hotel is rated high and one of the more popular hotels to stay at in Natchez. I was disappointed as were my two friends who were traveling with me!

After staying 3 nights total, we were charge a property fee for amenities, which (2) pieces of the gym equipment was broken and the pool was so cloudy we didn’t swim and had just opened a couple days prior for the season. The bartenders closed 2 of the 3 nights stay, which 1 of those night they didn’t even open. Suppose to have popcorn but didn’t pop any bc they were too busy closing early to go to their next jobs
