Everything was clean check-in fast & easy. My only suggestion would be upgrade mattress the bed sat very low to ground and mattress seem very broken in

This property is old with nasty old carpet in the hallways, stained and dirty grout in the shower, and pretty much no amenities. Desk was unattended for more than 15 minutes while we were wanting to check in. No bell to ring, no way to get ahold of staff. This is a mid to low grade "hotel." I won't ever stay at this property again.

The breakfast preparer was friendly and cooperative. She offered that I could eat early if the food was out, but the bacon would not be done until 6. I was done and gone, with no problem for her before 6. I appreciate her not making me wait.

Our room on the 3rd floor was very clean, including bathroom. Staff was very friendly and you could tell they really cared about their guests. Excellent restaurant(Beer Barrel)located just across the parking lot. Easy walking distance.I would definitely recommend.

Going to hav a great time in the smokies

There was a washcloth on the shower curtain from the previous guest. but it was good little place, the restaurant next door was great. The breakfast was very nice at the hotel. The ladies who work there was absolutely wonderful they couldn't be anymore friendlier, Just GREAT! The pool was a little cool....
