The Hancock is the upgrade you want. We were going to stay at the Hilton off the highway. Findlay has this amazing establishment tucked in the middle of downtown. The lobby is swanky, the staff is personable. The room service was excellent too!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and everything was amazing! We were in a king suite for our wedding night and it was perfect. Our only complaint was the pillows were not great. Very deceiving in their appearance, they fell flat immediately

Valet parking upon arrival. Easy check-in. Meeted quickly and with a smile. The room was very nice. Neat and clean. Loved the shower and space in the room. One of the nicer mattresses I've slept on in a hotel. Walkable to come boutiques and dining options. Will likely center future trips around this being a routine stop location.

The Hancock was a delightful little surprise in our Findlay stay last weekend. It's upscale and clean with a friendly staff at a very reasonable price. The only downside is the mandatory parking which just adds a bit of time to the departure to bring the car around, and a small fee. Not a deal breaker, because this is a great property but something to be aware of. The valet was attentive and helpful as well.

This is a beautiful property with super comfortable, clean rooms. We were welcomed with chocolates on our pillow. Those kind of specials touches will make us come back the next time we are in the area.

Unbelievable value for the price. The room quality was excellent and was at a level way above what I expected for the price. Room was well designed and decorated with tasteful, high quality materials. TV allowed streaming from your Netflix or YouTube personal account with smooth smartphone sync to login. Short walk to downtown coffee shops and cafes. Didn’t try the hotel restaurant this trip. Be aware that hotel has no self-park lot and is valet only with a daily parking fee not included in room rate from Expedia. I parked across the street during checkin, and then chose to use a public lot that was free on weekends and just a block away. Room bedding was Euro, duet style so I might ask for an extra top sheet next time, as personal preference.
