Great location between city center and hydro. Helpful staff and good facilities.

Firstly, the location of this girl was excellent. Close to public transit, restaurants, shops, etc. That said, there's definitely room for improvement. A tiny room in Europe is expected. But there appeared to be no air conditioning for some reason (at least that I could find). Also, the design of the room leaves a bit to be desired. Shelves we're too few and to small where there were some. There was no place to put a second large suitcase so, as a couple traveling, we struggled. A thoughtful redesign of the space would be recommended. That said, someone traveling alone would do quite well here

Staff friendly and helpful and plenty to choose from for breakfast.
