Upon arrival everything looked great. Getting in the shower the morning after we arrived there were clumps of hair on the shower wall, and the floor of the shower was NASTY. I got that dark off with a rag and my shampoo. They also did not change the sheets from the last guest. When we went to strip the bed upon check out used underwear, and a hair tie flew from between the sheets. When i told the girl up front she stared at her computer awkwardly until I walked away. We had to get on the road to our next destination.

The hotel is ok

This hotel is 2 in 1. A cheaper side with a microwave and small fridge, or a pricier side with a full kitchen. The stay was ok. We stay at this hotel often due to location and price. We experienced some issues this stay. We had many people slamming doors through the night into the early hours of morning, and have noticed everytime we stay, this is common on the side of the hotel with the cheaper rooms. The side with pricier rooms is quiet. The beds are on the hard side. I bring a foam pad to help with comfort. The room we had on this stay had the building's overhang in front of our window so there was no view of anything but the backside of the overhang wall two feet from the window.Never had this room before and think it should be discounted as all rooms face the mountains with a view.The staff are nice. The breakfast is decent. The cleaning crew is kind. Overall its ok and my only wish is there was a noise ordinance in place for after 10 pm, to cover quiet hours, and if it could be enforced, the stay would have been better.

The room and facility was nice. Convenient for visiting family. Staff was a bit disappointing, rang the bell 3 times to get some assistance on two different occasions and got no one to help. Breakfast was also disappointing with lack of food for the amount of people wanting to eat

The property could use some more TLC. The pool is very small, the smallest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but nothing terrible. Some of the hotel smelled a bit weird, but I guess that’s to be expected with the property allowing pets. The breakfast was inedible though!!!! And the elevator was SO slow. Otherwise, for the price it’s not too bad. You are very close to lots of good food and shopping. There is a pretty view but only on one side of the hotel so make sure to ask for it!

Property was very good. The sleeping room needed a new office type chair replaced. Ours was broken. Also the lounge chair needed to cleaned. Lots spots. Also need a soap dispenser on or attahed to the bathroom counter.

Friendly staff, housekeeping was on the ball, nice breakfast buffet, everything was pretty clean, and kids enjoyed the pool. No business center per se, and could use a better solution for computer/printer access. Security seemed a bit lax (back doors by the kitchen area were open and unlocked 24/7), but overall a terrific value.

Had several problems with my reservation and am getting the runaround. Keep trying to talk with the manager but he will never come to the phone or return phone calls. Always in a meeting or not at the hotel. No one else can help.
