The problems with this hotel are all facility problems. The water coming out of the faucets is yellow. The food is edible. The hotel needs a full gut job. The staff are great. They work very hard trying to take care of all the problems people are having. Now the beds are comfortable. That was the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are clean as well.

There was no hair dryer. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was blah at best. My wife walked on the carpet noticed her feet had gotten filthy from the carpet. The carpet felt funny probably from the dirt. So we didn’t walk barefoot. The outer front entrance needs attention paint and steam cleaning of the concrete or whatever it was. The towel bar by the sink had at least two different paint spray colors Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The people who checked us in and out were helpful. I asked the front desk person who checked us in about a hair dryer she went to the store room and nothing. She was wonderful. I asked Friday morning about the exhaust fan the guy at the desk said he didn’t know because no one had asked before. He turned and said his only job was to check people in as he walked away. We checked out Saturday and realized when we got to the car we forgot something in the room. The lady at the counter gave me a key to get the pillow.

Was there because of bad weather back home for 3 days. Neat and clean room. Excellent front seat staff. Housekeeping wasn’t very friendly, didn’t clean our room until 4:00 PM. After I ask for them to come clean.

This Hotel is very old and in Poor condition. I only needed one night stay, but the Room was Dirty, Coffee Pot was Moldy, Shower had no Pressure, and the Toilet did not flush. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Stains which require bleaching on pillow cases. Bed sheets worn out with holes. Modest breakfast choices. Reception generally good and friendly. But some staff was very much a 2-star level. Pool sun loungers are probably 20 years old and very stained. Pool itself is decent. Good if you are saving money. Will prefer not to book at this location next time.

All of the above. Bad. bug crawling up the wall. Called front desk for bug spray, she said they had none. so I asked if someone could come up with broom & knock the bug down & kill it She said no because she couldn't leave the desk, However, when I came right down for broom she was outside smoking.Dirty towels ugh... Never again will we stay here....

The hotel is outdated and needs work. The elevator stopped working! We were on the 4th floor and my husband had to take 5 trips up and down the stairs☹️ The bed was nice and firm with no dips😁 Not the best area but you can get to many places quickly from the location. Front staff helpful.
