Ocean view/beachfront with balcony on its own private beach (Fort Lauderdale). Very well furnished, 1 king bed, 1 twin folding bed, table with 2 chairs, full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware set), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, coffee are provided. The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star italian restaurant "Casa Calabria", SPA, fitness center ($20 day pass), gift ship, jewelry, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony with a table and 2 chairs where can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, Mc Donalds, Dunkin Donuts, Winn Dixie, Bank of america and more restaurants and entertainment. Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges chairs available for rent from hotel ($15 each), no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby . The studio was very nice and spatious. Full kitchen had everything including coffee for coffee machine. The bed was exccelent but the best thing was a balcony with ocean view. Winn-Dixie is 5 min walk away and amazing Greek Islands restaurant is 10 min walk. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. The host is very responsive and accomodating as well as the resort personnel. Also recommend salmon bagel at giorgio's bakery. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean and updated. The location was perfect and the views were gorgeous. The only tiny negative for us, because we are light sleepers, was that the room is located right next to the elevator which was a little noisy. Thankfully we were able to use apps on our phone to drown out the noise and help us sleep

Location of the property was good. Right on the beach. The property and the building seem run down. The updates to the interior, like soft close drawers, are easy to overlook when all metal surfaces have some level of rust and the entire unit smells like cigarettes. The nightstands are way too short for the bed. There was an umbrella we thought we could use, but it was totally shredded. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and there was a nice sized tv. Overall, the unit and the property as a whole, look like they are poorly maintained.

My stay was amazing!...my wife n I enjoyed our 15th anniversary at this location and it was as advertised...and I love the fact that you really dont have to go anywhere outside of this property or a 1-2 mile radius to experience or purchase anything that u would need for a beach vacation...and our host was outstanding!....great times and will definitely look to book this location again in the future

Fort Lauderdale Condo

The condo and the room was beautiful and right on the beach! We loved the Tiki bar, they had delicious food and drinks! It was convenient to be close to a Winn Dixie grocery store, souvenir shop and McDonalds all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again!
