Hotel was clean and nice. The complementary breakfast was good but a bit crowded and disorganized. But the location could not be beat for proximity from the airport and to the cruise terminal.

We had book our room and it took 4 hours for us to get a room. They was short staffed and the cleanliness wasn’t the best. The baseboard in the room was broke, also when we woke up to catch the shuttle the next day, the trash was piled up in the lobby. Then the shuttle had to leave us and then come back 20 minutes later.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It's nothing fancy but served its purpose of providing safe, comfortable accommodations minutes away from where I needed to be the next morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped into rhe lobby. For a very reasonable price, I got a clean and spacious room, continental all-you-can-eat breakfast in a newly renovated dining area, and access to a swimming pool and hot tub!

When waiting at the airport for the hotel transportation, that didn't show. I called the hotel several times with no answer. After 40 min we decided to takeva taxi. When i got to the hotel to check in, i told the clerk about not getting picked up. She informed me that the driver went to a different area, i told her I had no idea we were supposed to go to that area it was our first time there. She said I told you that ma'am, when in reality I never heard it she was very short on the phone call and hung up on me quickly. That area of service needs is lacking.

Its close to the port where we’re going. However it kinda smell inside our room, smells like urine. Since we arrived late and tired we just stay 1 night. Im not that happy but we just spray our room with our own freshener.
