I arrived here on May 3, 2025, and initially found it to be a pleasant place, although it was undergoing construction. However, the following morning I encountered a disappointing experience during breakfast. The server’s approach made me feel somewhat unwelcome, as I was asked to pay before having my meal, despite paying $275 per night for my stay plus stating breakfast was offered untill 11am never stated it was not include. It left me wondering about the overall hospitality standards here in Florida. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues, including the presence of cockroaches, which detracted from my overall experience. I believe there are better options available nearby that offer a more welcoming atmosphere.

I always stay here. The last three times the AC is way too cold and this time the USB ports didn't work. Pi should have let the front desk know. My fault. I didn't need them since I had adapters...Overall though I am very satisfied

The staff and the location was pleasant and convenient. The lobby area and nice. I just wish the rooms were as well presented. However, the conditions of the room were pretty worn. The bathroom grouting was clearly touched up but the work was so sloppy the white plaster was very noticeable. The side of the bed had a significant stain in the lower left corner. Outside of the main unpleasantness was from the housekeeping. We stayed for 2 days and for those 2 days when the housekeepers were cleaning they would let the doors slam. So for 2 days all were heard we’re slamming doors in the mornings while the moved from room to room to clean. We not provided with fresh towels. Thankfully the front desk staff pleasant that was the only worthy part of experience

I stay here often and like it but im not sure if its the elevator or what but during the day you hear this constant on and off motor running and it sucks, i changed rooms further away from elevator but still hear this on and off noise that was awful

I did not like the sound of the stair door leading to outside. I was making noise when people went to the door and slam the door. I was staying in room 1101, right next to the stair door. During the night, after 10 pm guests where using that door often and i hear it close in my room.
