When I arrived at the property, they did not have the room available that I booked and the room was unsanitary. The staff accommodated me into another room, and was was very professional and apologetic. However , the hotel can do better in terms of customer follow up and overall professionalism

One of my favorite hotels to stay however the room wasn’t clean up to standard still a few things left over from previous guests besides that the hotel is very clean an friendly and accommodating staff

I was told prior to booking this hotel that the shuttle can take you a minimum of 3 miles of radius so it started off the first day taking us across the street to a restaurant. After that they told us they could no longer take us 3 miles radiance we end up having to walk to different restaurants every day. Remind you that was breakfast lunch and dinner having to walk up and down a busy street every day that was not safe. No!!! crosswalks if I would have known that I would have not booked this hotel customer service was very poor

Presca, Luis, & Areah were very attentive and nice. They accommodated me and my family with politeness. We had to switch from La Quinta hotel because of a horrible experience we had the day before and the Four Pointe staff were night and day from the Quinta staff members. I will be returning with family and have been recommending this hotel to everyone that asked me how was my vacation!

The staff has been great. Disappointed that they do not have a shuttle that goes to the cruises. This was advertised on expedia.
