Hi-pitch sound coming from the bathroom vent. Staff requested we recorded the noise upon which time they did change our room. The air conditioner system was very loud and annoying when trying to sleep.

the condition was well, and clean and nice, but there are something that need to improve ; 1. on the 1st night when we arrived the both elevator was out of service, so we had togo via the stairs 5 stairs with our bags, thats a redflag 2. tv in the room has no cable network for to enjoy, thats also a redflag 3. safety for the guess , the room has no safe for putting our belongings, thats a redflag 4.during our stay we got only1visit from housekeeping thats also a redflag
