The airport shuttle pickup was a nice bonus that I wasn't initially aware of. After an initial mix up with the room assignment, the front desk clerk did a great job of making it all right. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room and hotel just felt dirty. Our room smelled like urine so bad. Like someone had literally peed in the corner for a week straight. They were sold out so no room to change to.

The stay was fine. We were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock, which was a short drive. The room was recently updated, but the bathroom needed some work. It was tight, especially since we had our dog - and there isn't much to do around that area with him (we drove to a dog park one day). It was fine for a short stay, but I would go somewhere else for a longer vacation.

The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait. Thankfully the airport is close so he could get a ride but just inconvenient it doesn’t run until midnight.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Very quiet and cozy. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Each day, a different hot breakfast. One employee did stand out and I would like to say, best part of the stay. Her smile was contagious. Her name was Daiiquon.
